What is the shipping policy?
Any USA order 50$+ can enjoy free shipping now!
How long is the processing time?
1. For in-stock items, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing.
2. For custom orders, please allow 1–2 weeks for handmade time.
How to check if my order is placed successfully?
After placing order, you will first receive a confirm email, and then the tracking info as soon as your order ships.

When can I get my order?
The processing time is 1-3 days for item in stock. Please wait for 3-5 business days for your lovely package to deliver. 🩰✨
💎 Jewelry Care
Are the jewelry waterproof? 💦
Yes! We’ve tested them with daily water contact — they can stay beautiful and shiny.
When should I take off my jewelry?
We suggest taking your jewelry off before sleeping, showering, and swimming. Some chemicals might react with silver over time and turn it dark.
How do I keep it shiny like new?
Just gently pat it dry with a tissue or towel after it gets wet. A little care goes a long way 💖
📦 Policy
All sales are final for all jewelry including customs orders. Returns or refunds are not accepted.
If you received a wrong or defective item I’d be happy to fix it! Please follow these instructions:
- Contact us at @mumu_handicraft with your order number and details about the item within 1-2 days of delivery. Any request after will not be accepted.
- Please send a photo of your item just as you received in its original packaging.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.
- Please note that returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
- Please contact me within 20 minutes of placing your order if you’d like to cancel. Requests to cancel order after this period of time will not be accepted as your order will already be production
- Cancellations are subject to a processing fee of around 3-5% which covers the non-refundable transaction fees. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages by the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and then your post office.
- All orders shipped within the US are insured to up to $100 by USPS. If you’d like add insurance for an international order please contact me. If you haven’t received your package please file a missing package claim for a refund via USPS.
